Krisz joined the North Texas District team as Worship Arts Coordinator in 2022. Born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, he brings a keen awareness of the multi-cultural nature of the Kingdom of God. After serving on staff with YWAM for 7 years and ministering throughout Europe and Asia, he moved to North Texas in 1999. He’s a member of Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, TX, where he’s been instrumental in raising up a new generation of musicians and in developing Trinity’s sound and culture of Worship.

Krisz is an accomplished musician, has toured all over Europe and the U.S. with several bands and has over 450 songs to his name as a songwriter, studio musician and producer. In 2009 he placed 2nd in Guitar Player Magazine’s Guitar Superstar competition, out of 6,000+ contestants from all over America. That same year, he also launched One Less Rock Music Studio, where he trained multiple National Fine Arts winners on Guitar, and coached bands who consistently placed in the top 3 at Nationals.

Since 2018, Krisz has been focused on developing Music 360 Method, a training pipeline for Worship Teams. A big reason why the District Leadership asked Krisz to take on the role of Worship Arts Coordinator, was due to the success of Music 360 Method – not only as a music training pipeline for churches of any size, but also as a proven church growth tool. He’s already working on expanding these strategies into a new framework for Sectional connectivity and a mentorship structure in the North Texas District.

Krisz has been married to his wife, Lisa since 1998.
